LGX 2024 - The Convention
In 2024, wise:re joined the LGX Convention as a co-partner, contributing to one of Luxembourg’s most prominent gaming and pop culture events of that year. Our role focused on operational support, activation management, and ensuring a smooth experience for exhibitors, partners, and visitors.
From managing logistics to enhancing community engagement, our collaboration helped strengthen the vision of connecting gaming, cosplay and digital culture in Luxembourg.
Our dedication to this event reflects our agency’s evolving expertise in gaming activations, event coordination, and large-scale cultural experiences.
b2b Annual Staff party to relax!
We supported Artemis with a fully designed and coordinated staff party, focused on creating a warm, engaging and well-executed experience for their employees. They wanted the party to join their location, so we made that happen!
On the schedule:

Long live the summer 2025 - 360° Gaming experience
As part of Luxexpo’s final summer event, we created a fully immersive Gaming Zone tailored for families, young visitors and casual gamers. The space combined accessible console stations, our own Digital Tower animation, VR, Sim Racing and a real Arcade zone experience.
Our responsibilities included:
Full-zone concept & layout adapted to the Gaming Cave theme
Technical installation of consoles, screens and play areas
Live animation & supervision by our team throughout the event
Visitor flow management to ensure smooth access and a positive experience.
The Gaming Zone quickly became one of the event’s audience magnets and received top feedback from visitors!
Khalaenphaïs - Futur Dirigeant d'arganthras
We have been working on a book project for one of our clients, divided into two key phases.
Phase 1
From copywriting to formatting the pages and designing the full book layout, we supported the entire creative process. Together with the client, we selected the printing partner (pricing, advantages and budget) and coordinated the first print order as well as the communication between both parties.
Phase 2
During 2026 we will participate in several events to promote the book with a dedicated booth. A complete communication plan has also been prepared, featuring photos, a trailer, and selected passages of the book to highlight its story and engage future readers.

Gaming Events with Aischen & Bertrange Youth Centers
In 2025, we had the pleasure of organizing two gaming events with the youth centers of Aischen and Bertrange.
Bertrange Gaming Day
A dynamic summer activity built around a Mario Kart tournament, played right on the ARCA theatre stage, paired with a fun Experience Zone outside. A full day of friendly competition and discovery!
Youth Esports Challenge in Aischen
A competition-focused event featuring FC26 and Super Smash Bros. Ultimate tournaments. Together with our partners, we created a vibrant and family-friendly gaming space where visitors could test the new Switch 2 and experience VR for the first time.
Both events brought communities together through fun, discovery and a shared passion for gaming. We are excited and hopeful to keep building more youth-centered experiences across Luxembourg!
Website & visual identity for luxliga
The mission was simple: create a complete graphical charter for the association so they could work with a solid and consistent visual identity.
We also built a website designed for ease of use, giving their members and fans a true platform to follow all league results.The site is primarily in Luxembourgish, reflecting their commitment to strengthening and promoting the local EA Sports FC esports scene.
